Please note that "ship by" date is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.

- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our studio.
You may find the expected ship by date on your invoice. Please add 3-5 business days (Domestic) / 7-14 business days (International) after the expected ship by date to estimate the actual delivery date.

- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you.
We cannot guarantee your delivery time as this fully depends on the carrier. To find out your expected delivery date, please use the USPS tracking service.

To maintain the quality of your MignonandMignon jewelry supplies, please:
- Avoid contact with water, chemicals, and saline, including perfumes, body oils, and household cleaners
- Never use chemical jewelry cleaners as these will do more harm than good.
- For light cleaning, gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching.
- Store it in a cool dry place.

Business days refer to the weekdays (between Monday to Friday) and do not include public holidays and weekends.

Please therefore do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or any national holidays when calculating your shipping time.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted.
Please review our in-dept return policy:
- Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase
- Return requests are accepted only after 7 days of delivery
- Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of request
- Return fees:
a) For any reason other than receiving a defective item, we will be charging 15% restocking fee
b) Buyer is responsible for paying for new shipping
- Returned item must be in its original brand new condition and must be properly repackaged. Buyer will be held responsible for any scratches or marks made during delivery.
